I usually thrust two 50 pound dumbbells and put a mat under the bells to protect my hips. This product was definitely more convenient than holding them there myself and it was easy to set up.Â
If you are worried about weight capacity, I definitely think this product can hold my two 50 pound dumbbells without an issue. It didn’t budge at all with two 30s. It was sturdy for sure and I will probably be using it with my 50s either today or tomorrow!
 It holds my 60lb dumbbells with no problems. I can increase my hip thrust weight easily but I have also used it across my shoulders too!

A lot of thought went into the design of this product. The Velcro is extremely strong but easy to adjust, and the way the straps overlap under the foldover belt let you make quick adjustments without even thinking about it. It’s very easy to use barbells, kettle bells, and plates without a lot of trial and error. (As with any Velcro, be careful near your leggings and make sure the belt is closed before you throw it in your gym bag so it doesn’t snag your stuff.)
If you are hip thrusting simply attach the weights to your belt by pulling the side straps through the belt’s side loops, place it above your waist and thrust up. There is no need to use the back strap for hip thrusters. Naturally, the belt will form to your hips as they rise. This guarantees a snug,secure fit.

For all other movements: Attach the belt around your waste using the Velcro back strap. Then using the velcro side straps attach your prefered weight. This will allow you to do standing and walking movements without worrying about holding your weights in place.

This product actually change the game I originally saw a lady at the gym using it and I had to walk over there and obviously bug her lol but once I added this to my routine especially when I don’t have time to go to the gym and a work out at home it has made certain exercises so much easier highly highly highly recommend especially if you’re new to the gym or if you workout at home
I decided to try this out since it is much more reasonably priced and it is awesome! I’ve tried it with 20lbs on each side and everything felt very sturdy. I don’t think I would have any issues using even double the weight, the Velcro feels very sturdy and the band makes the hip thrusts exercise much more comfortable. I’m very happy with this product.
